1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SAVAAN's website (savaan.in), mobile application, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To make purchases, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations may occur. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Promotional prices are valid only during the specified period.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders may be cancelled due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons. Payment must be completed at the time of order unless COD is selected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. SAVAAN is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Products must be returned in original condition within the specified timeframe. Refunds are processed after verification of returned goods.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SAVAAN — including logos, text, images, graphics, and software — is the property of SAVAAN Ecommerce and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the platform for fraudulent purposes, interfere with website functionality, post false reviews, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or resell products purchased at promotional prices without authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

SAVAAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product/service in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
