Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for orders up to ₹10,000. COD is available for most pin codes across India. A small COD fee of ₹40 may apply on orders below ₹499.

We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Some categories like innerwear, swimwear, and opened perfumes/cosmetics are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Go to My Orders → Select the order → Click "Return" → Choose reason → Submit. Our pickup partner will collect the item from your doorstep within 2-3 days. No need to ship it yourself.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. The amount is credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refund is done via bank transfer (NEFT) — please provide bank details when requesting return.
