1. Shipping Coverage

Savaan currently ships to:

  • All major locations within India

  • Remote or out-of-service areas may have limited delivery options

  • International shipping (if applicable) can be enabled on request

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume, you will be notified via email/SMS.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote/Outskirts: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals, holidays, lockdowns

  • Logistics issues outside our control


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express Shipping (if applicable): Additional charges apply

  • Final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment status until it reaches your doorstep.

  • Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability varies based on location.

  • COD orders may include an additional handling fee (if applicable).

  • False claims, refusal of COD orders, or repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions.


7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners usually make 1–3 delivery attempts.

  • If you are unavailable, they may contact you via call or SMS.

  • If undelivered, the package will return to our warehouse.

  • Re-delivery can be arranged (additional charges may apply).


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Savaan is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable location

  • Wrong phone number

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping charges may apply.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears tampered, opened, or damaged, please:

  • Do NOT accept the delivery

  • Request the courier to mark it as “Return to Sender”

  • Contact Savaan support immediately with photos/video

We will issue a replacement or refund depending on eligibility.


10. Force Majeure

Savaan is not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control, such as:

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes or lockdowns

  • Political unrest

  • Pandemic restrictions

  • Transportation delays
