1. Eligibility for Returns

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Go to Orders → Select the product → Click Return/Replace.

Provide reason and upload photos (damage/incorrect product if applicable).

Our support team will approve or reject the request based on the policy.

A pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner (where available).

Once the item is received and quality-checked, your refund/replacement will be processed.
4. Pickup & Self-Ship

If pickup is available at your location, our courier partner will collect the product.

The item must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

You may be required to courier the product to the address provided by Savaan Support.

5. Refund Policy
Once your returned product passes a quality inspection, we will process a refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or wallet within 3–5 days of approval

6. Replacement Policy
