1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts.

  • The product is in unused, original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery


2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygienic, safety, or legal reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and personal hygiene items

  • Cosmetics and beauty products (if opened/used)

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Digital products/services

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” during checkout

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Go to Orders → Select the product → Click Return/Replace.

  2. Provide reason and upload photos (damage/incorrect product if applicable).

  3. Our support team will approve or reject the request based on the policy.

  4. A pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner (where available).

  5. Once the item is received and quality-checked, your refund/replacement will be processed.


4. Pickup & Self-Ship

Pickup Availability

  • If pickup is available at your location, our courier partner will collect the product.

  • The item must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

Self-Ship (if pickup not available)

  • You may be required to courier the product to the address provided by Savaan Support.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) may be reimbursed.


5. Refund Policy

Once your returned product passes a quality inspection, we will process a refund.

Refund Timeline

  • UPI / Wallet / Credit or Debit Card: 3–7 business days

  • Net Banking: 3–7 business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or wallet within 3–5 days of approval

Refund Not Approved If:

  • Returned item is used, damaged, or altered by the customer

  • Original packaging/accessories are missing

  • Product is not eligible under the return window


6. Replacement Policy

Replacement is offered for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong product or size received

  • Missing components

Replacement is subject to stock availability.
If not available, a refund will be issued.


7. Cancelation Policy

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Full refund will be processed immediately.

After Shipment

  • You may refuse the delivery.

  • Refund will be processed once the product returns to our warehouse.


8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Broken

  • Physically damaged

  • Leaking (for liquids)

  • Partially missing

  • Wrong item delivered

Please raise a return request within 30 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.


9. Sale, Discounted & Clearance Items

Items purchased during sales, offers, or clearance may have different return rules and may be non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.
